When to reseal roof and waterproofing surfaces
Signals that a roof, wall, parapet, or exposed waterproofing surface may need attention.
Waterproofing should be checked before the obvious failure point. Cracks, exposed edges, chalking, standing water, and previous patchwork are all signals that a surface needs attention.
Allproof's Phase 1 waterproofing references include TOPPROOF, LIKWID RUBBER, WALLPROOF, and PLASTISCREED depending on the surface type and use case.
Before resealing, confirm the substrate, existing coating condition, preparation needs, and whether the selected coating is intended as a final exposed layer.
